Initial Problem Statement

Our partners in Salt Lake thought: People fail to appear for court appearances and comply with other supervision requirements because they forget.

Based on this assumption, that partners and our team developed an initial problem statement that: Supervision Clients in Salt Lake County need to be reminded (or notified) about court appearances so they stay in compliance with supervision, and this will reduce the number of people who are arrested and taken to jail.
